Zack Ryder recently did an impromptu Q&A session with fans on his Twitter account while he couldn’t sleep. As we noted prior, Ryder suffered a serious knee injury on last weeks episode of Smackdown Live that required immediate surgery.
A fan asked how long Ryder expects to be out of action for:
@ZackRyder How long is your recovery time?
— Daniel Jensen (@SFCJensen) December 19, 2016
I was told 4-6 months. I was also told 6-9 months. Time will tell. https://t.co/ziy4t8DPte

Just goes to show you that sometimes the smallest thing in wrestling can cause a serious injury. Last year we saw Neville fracture his ankle on a simple baseball slide, a move that he has probably done 1000 times.
Wishing Ryder a speedy recovery!!!!!
