Charlotte Flair won the NXT Women’s Championship at Wrestlemania 36. This came after she defeated Rhea Ripley on day two of the event.
We have some news to pass your way about WWE’s plan for Charlotte after her NXT Women’s Title win.
According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, Charlotte Flair will not be strictly working for NXT. WWE is planning to have her appear on both RAW and NXT episodes moving forward.
Here is what Meltzer said:
“The plan right now is she’s gonna work both. With no house shows and no nothing it’s not like you’re over-taxing someone for making them work twice a week.”
Charlotte already has a match scheduled for her Title. She will defend her NXT Women’s Championship against the winner of the upcoming ladder match: Io Shirai vs Candice LeRaevs Chelsea Green vs Mia Yim vs Tegan Nox vs Dakota Kai.
