Mistake #3: WWE Cuts Any Of The Triple Threat Matches For Time
WWE has confirmed some amazing triple threat matches for Survivor Series this year. Those are Shayna Baszler vs Becky Lynch vs Bayley, The Viking Raiders vs The Undisputed Era vs The New Day, and AJ Styles vs Shinsuke Nakamura vs Roderick Strong.
I am looking forward to each of these matches and I think that they all have the chance to be really good. The mixture of talent is really strong and each match is going to be intriguing to watch.
I think that it would be a mistake for WWE to cut any of these matches for time. This is definitely a risk since the elimination matches usually end up being lengthy, which could put these ones on the backburner. Still, let’s hope that doesn’t happen at Survivor Series. If they all get enough time, we could see three fantastic matches.
Mistake #2: Seth Rollins Is The Focal Point Of Team RAW, Instead Of Building Up A New Star
I am a big fan of Seth Rollins but I don’t think that WWE needs to book him as the focal point of Team RAW for the men’s elimination match.
With Seth’s crowd reaction flailing, WWE has a chance to build up a new top babyface. Just looking at Seth’s Survivor Series team, both Ricochet and Kevin Owens could be that next top babyface on the red brand.
Do we really need to see Seth as the sole survivor for the red team? Seth is already an established star and he doesn’t really need it. Instead, I would give that rub to someone like Ricochet or Owens. Someone newer, who fans can get behind. If they don’t want to build up a new top babyface, they could even have Drew McIntyre as the sole survivor for the red team. This could help re-establish that McIntyre is a monster and someone to be feared.
Either way, I think that a mistake would be for WWE to build this match around Seth. Let’s give the rub to someone else and Seth will be just fine.
