1) Luke Harper
My pick for the Superstar who is being wasted the most by WWE is Luke Harper.
I am a massive fan of Harper and I think that he is incredibly talented. We saw a few years ago during his babyface run that fans want to get behind him. Still, WWE refuses to push him as anything more than a tag team wrestler.
There are rumors that Vince simply doesn’t “get” Harper and he is essentially being paid to not work. As a big Harper fan, it makes no sense. There are so many different ways that they could use him. Why not put Harper in NXT if there is no interest in him on the main roster? I am sure that Triple H could find a nice spot for him.
Harper is being terribly misused by WWE and it is a damn shame.
