The 2025 edition of Summerslam is scheduled for August 2nd and 3rd at MetLife Stadium. This page features my Summerslam predictions, where I take a stab at the matches that will happen and who will win as it gets closer.
WWE Summerslam Predictions (2025)
Gunther vs Seth Rollins
Gunther is one of my favorites in WWE right now. He is a main player in WWE right now and I don’t see him going anywhere anytime soon. I expect him to be in a main event match at this event.
I will go with Gunther vs Seth Rollins as my prediction for Summerslam. That seems like it would be a great feud and match.
Charlotte Flair vs Becky Lynch
Charlotte Flair vs Becky Lynch is a match that we have definitely seen before. While saying that, I still think that we will see them face off again. I am going to predict that they will face off on this show. There will be more women’s matches but this would be a strong one.
CM Punk & Roman Reigns Will Be Involved In A Tag Team Match
I have CM Punk vs Roman Reigns happening at Wrestlemania 42. That means we will see a lengthy build towards that match, which will likely last over several months. At Summerslam, I see them being involved in a tag team match of some sort. Either they team together and work together. Or, they face one another with a partner.
Either way, I see them being involved in a match at this event, which will be a precursor to their bout on the grandest stage of them all.
