4) Cedric Alexander Retained The WWE Cruiserweight Championship
Summerslam featured a kickoff show match for the Cruiserweight Championship. Cedric Alexander put his Title on the line against Drew Gulak.
The match was eventually won by Cedric. As a result, Cedric is still our Cruiserweight Champion. A bit of a sloppy finish but a solid match I thought.

5) The Renee Young-Samoa Joe Feud Is Still Going (And It Is Great)
Gotta love continuity! On the Summerslam kickoff show, Samoa Joe had a great line to Renee Young. He said “Congratulations on becoming a two income household again Renee”.
This is a reference to Joe being the one who hurt Dean Ambrose to keep him out of action for several months (in kayfabe). Love this feud and the continuity.
Joe is great as a heel. Holy shit. That crack at Renee about Dean being back. Wow.

6) The B Team Retained The RAW Tag Team Championships
The Summerslam kickoff show featured a match for the RAW Tag Team Championships. The B Team put their Titles on the line against the Revival.
The match was won by the B Team. This came after Curtis Axel reversed a roll-up. As a result, the B Team are still our RAW Tag Team Champions. Looks like this feud isn’t over though, we will probably see a rematch at Hell in a Cell.
Did they do it again? YOU BET THEY DID!#TheBTeam‘s winning streak CONTINUES on #SummerSlam Kickoff! pic.twitter.com/yGNoCCvA4A
