Here is what we learned from Smackdown this week.
1) Smackdown Opened With A Brawl
This week’s episode of Smackdown opened with Triple H and Stephanie McMahon. They introduced the new Smackdown roster but it led to a big brawl.
This was a solid way to kick off the show and the season premiere.
2) Lars Sullivan Defeated Jeff Hardy
The opening match was between Jeff Hardy and Lars Sullivan.
Lars ended up winning after hitting the ‘Freak Accident’.
3) The New Day Got Emotional During Their Segment
The New Day cut a promo in the ring during the episode. During this, they all got emotional about them being separated in the WWE Draft.
There were some real tears during this segment and it was great to see how much they care about each other.
