Smackdown this week featured the official return of Big E. He has been out of action for the past two months due to injury.
It was great to see Big E and the New Day back together again.
8) Big E Had A Funny Jab At Charlotte Flair’s Booking
During his promo, Big E had a funny chirp about Charlotte Flair. He said that if he had a title reign for every return, he would be Charlotte.
This is a reference to Charlotte’s multiple Women’s Championship reigns.
9) WWE Broke The Wild Card Rule
The ‘Wild Card Rule’ allows 4 Superstars from either brand to appear on the other show each week. WWE broke this rule on Smackdown this week.
Drew McIntyre, The Miz, Nikki Cross, Alexa Bliss, and Sami Zayn all appeared on the episode. That is 5 RAW Superstars appearing on Smackdown, instead of the 4 that the rule allows.
