In a backstage interview, Bayley announced that she is moving away from her hugger persona now that she is Smackdown Women’s Champion.
This is great news for fans of Bayley. It looks like they are going to book her as a serious Champion.
8) Big E Was Attacked Backstage
Prior to the match between Sami Zayn and Kofi Kingston, Big E was shown backstage. Big E was holding his knee and said that he had been attacked.
The assumption was that it was the work of Kevin Owens but they didn’t show him.
9) Kofi Kingston Defeated Sami Zayn
Smackdown featured a match between Sami Zayn and Kofi Kingston. Kofi was able to hit ‘Trouble In Paradise’ for the victory.
A decent match for the episode.
