Here is what we learned from Smackdown this week.
1) Big E Changed Up The New Day’s Entrance For The Empty Arena Show
Smackdown this week kicked off with The Usos. They were interrupted quickly by The New Day. During their entrance, Big E yelled “PEOPLE AT HOME” instead of shouting out the specific city that WWE is in.
I don’t know why but I thought that this was funny.
2) The Miz & John Morrison Stood Tall Before The Ladder Match At Wrestlemania 36
The segment led to a big brawl between: The New Day, The Usos, John Morrison, and The Miz.
The Miz & Morrison ended up standing tall to close the segment. They have the momentum heading into the ladder match this weekend.
3) Tamina Defeated Lacey Evans & Naomi
The episode featured a triple threat match: Tamina vs Lacey Evans vs Naomi. Bayley and Sasha Banks were on commentary for the match.
The match was eventually won by Tamina. This came after she pinned Naomi. Tamina also superkicked Bayley and hit a Samoan Drop on Sasha Banks after the match.
