4) The New Day And Heavy Machinery Will Face Off To See Who Gets To Face The Revival At Hell In A Cell
The New Day and Heavy Machinery have both picked up wins over the past few weeks against lower-card tag teams.
That has me thinking we are heading towards a match between the New Day and Heavy Machinery for the episode. The winner will earn a match against the Revival at Hell in a Cell for the Smackdown tag team Championships.
The Revival doesn’t have a match scheduled for Hell in a Cell yet, so this could be a way to determine that.
3) Shane McMahon Will Jump Off The Ladder Onto The Announce Table
WWE has officially confirmed a ladder match for the episode. It will be Kevin Owens vs Shane McMahon. If Owens wins, Shane is gone from WWE. If Shane wins, Owens drops his lawsuit and remains fired from Smackdown.
Since it is a ladder match, I am expecting there to be some wild moments. I think that we can safely pencil in a big bump from Shane during the match.
My guess is that Shane jumps from off the top of the ladder onto Owens, who will be laying on the announce table. WWE isn’t going to have Shane in a ladder match without a big bump happening.
2) Kevin Owens Will Defeat Shane McMahon In The Ladder Match
I think that this could be where Shane McMahon gets written off WWE television. With the WWE Draft coming soon, this could be where they remove Shane as an authority figure on the blue brand.
My guess is that Kevin Owens climbs the ladder and defeats Shane.
I think that it would be the right call as a lot of fans are sick of Shane being in charge. It is time to start fresh with the move to FOX.
