Here are some of our predictions for this week’s episode of Smackdown.
7) The Fiend Will Get The Better Of Finn Balor (Again)
Bray Wyatt (aka the Fiend) has been getting the better of Finn Balor for the past few weeks. My guess is that this week on Smackdown will be no different.
I think that we will see Finn call out the Fiend in the ring. This will lead to the lights going out and Balor getting attacked.
This seems like an easy way to keep the build going for their match on Sunday night.
6) The IIconics Will Get A Rematch For Their Women’s Tag Team Titles
The IIconics lost their WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles on RAW this week. Their belts were won by Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross.
My guess is that the IIconics will receive a rematch on this week’s episode of Smackdown. They will likely argue that it wasn’t fair they had to face three other teams.
If the match happens, the IIconics will lose. Still, I could see this match happening on the episode.
5) Kevin Owens Will Get Attacked By Shane McMahon & His Goons
Since we are only a few days away from Summerslam, I think that Shane McMahon will get the upper hand on Kevin Owens.
My guess is that Shane, Drew McIntyre, and Elias will put a vicious assault on Owens.
It would make sense for Shane to try and weaken Owens before their match on Sunday night. I think that Shane will stand tall on the episode this week.
