WWE Smackdown Live Review – 15 Things That We Learned (November 7, 2017)

4) Rusev Will NOT Be On Team Smackdown

Rusev faced off against Randy Orton on Smackdown Live this week. If Rusev were to win the match, he would have earned himself a place on Team Smackdown Live at Survivor Series.

Unfortunately for Rusev, he lost the match. Orton won with an RKO. Rusev will NOT be on team blue.

5) An Intergender Match Actually Happened

James Ellsworth faced off against Becky Lynch on Smackdown Live this week. There was a lot of debate if this match would actually happen since WWE doesn’t usually do intergender matches.

Becky ended up winning the match via submission. Still strange to see an intergender match on WWE television. The last one was Lita vs Heath Slater at RAW 1000.

6) Ellsworth and Carmella Look To Be Finished As A Duo

After Ellsworth lost to Becky Lynch, Carmella wasn’t pleased. She ended up kicking Ellsworth, turning on him. It looks like the partnership between them is officially over.

Tough night for Ellsworth….
