10 Things That We Learned From This Weeks Episode of Smackdown Live (March 21, 2017)

1) AJ Styles Was NOT Fired

This weeks episode of Smackdown Live kicked off with a backstage segment between General Manager: Daniel Bryan and AJ Styles.

AJ showed up in full Wrestlemania 33 gear. Bryan said that if it was up to him, he would have been fired for what happened last week on Smackdown Live. Shane told him that he wants to teach AJ a lesson on how to deal with a situation man-to-man instead of attacking someone from behind.

The big takeaway is that AJ Styles is NOT fired from Smackdown Live. There was some speculation that he could move to RAW until (and after) Wrestlemania but this didn’t turn out to be the case.

Also laughed out loud at AJ in the Wrestlemania gear.
