WWE Considering New Stable For NXT

Over the past few weeks, we have seen some former Ring of Honor stars make their way to WWE. This includes Kyle O’Reilly and Bobby Fish, who just made their debuts on NXT television. There have also been rumors of several more joining the fold soon.

According to PWInsider, WWE has discussed putting former Ring Of Honor talent together for a stable in NXT.

It began when asked if Kyle O’Reilly and Bobby Fish will be put together as a tag team in NXT. Before WWE, they wrestled around the world together as ‘reDRagon’. The report says that it is a no brainer that they will start teaming together soon enough.

The report mentions that discussions have been made about possibly putting former Ring of Honor talent together as a faction (with Fish and O’Reilly being included).

No other specific names are mentioned but if it happens, it could include Donovan Dijak and (or) Lio Rush. Both guys are rumoured to be NXT bound soon and both wrestled for Ring of Honor. There have also been rumblings about Adam Cole coming to NXT, but it is unclear what his current status is.

If WWE wanted to use talent already in NXT, they could use Roderick Strong, someone who is a former ROH World Champion. They also could use Kassius Ohno, who worked for many years in ROH.

Obviously this is very preliminary and only discussions but it raises an interesting idea. Would you like to see a stable composed of former ROH Stars? Could it work? Who would you put in it?
