When asking fans who they want to see get called up to the WWE main roster, the name that tops almost every list is Shinsuke Nakamura. He has made quite the impression since making his debut at NXT Takeover: Dallas and fans want to see him facing the top talent from RAW or Smackdown Live.
We have our first hint that Shinsuke could be called up to the WWE main roster in the very near future. Triple H advertised NXT’s appearance at the Download Festival in June on social media.
On the poster, there was a notable omission: Shinsuke Nakamura. This has fans immediately thinking that he will be called up in either April or May. The poster featured other top NXT stars like Bobby Roode and Asuka.

Nakamura is scheduled to face off against Bobby Roode at NXT Takeover: Orlando for the NXT Title. This could potentially be his final appearance in NXT. I don’t think too many fans will be upset when he finally makes his main roster debut.
