The Rock’s Status At Wrestlemania 35
The Rock will be filming the movie “Red Notice” in April of 2019. This seems to indicate that it will be another year without the Rock appearing at Wrestlemania.
Impact Star Not Heading To WWE (For The Time Being)
According to the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Eli Drake has signed a short-term contract extension with Impact Wrestling until the end of July 2018. There have been rumors for months that WWE has interest in bringing in Eli. Looks like we will have to wait a little longer to see what Drake decides to do long-term but he is sticking around Impact for the short-term.
Possible WWE 2k19 Cover Athlete
The rumor making the rounds is that Ronda Rousey could be the next cover athlete for WWE 2k19. WWE 2k is promising a “groundbreaking” announcement regarding the cover on June 18th. Ronda would make sense since it would be groundbreaking for a female to be on the cover of the game and she also has major mainstream appeal.
