WWE Rumors Of The Day (January 5, 2018): The Latest On Dolph Ziggler, How RAW 25 Will Work In Two Arenas

We post a lot of rumors here on IWNerd.com. We thought that we would keep some of the smaller rumors in one place and that is what this page is for. Here are some of the latest WWE rumors that have been circulating the web over the past day or two.

Make sure to take all rumors with a grain of salt as always! Rumor is the key word here!

WWE Rumors Of The Day (January 5th, 2018)

– In the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer says that Dolph Ziggler isn’t working live events, even though he has been advertised to appear. This is in order to sell the current angle on Smackdown Live that he has quit.

– Meltzer also noted that Candice LeRae was close to signing with WWE. She wrestled a dark match on Thursday night before the NXT TV taping so it looks like she has officially signed.

– The 25th anniversary of RAW episode will take place in two arenas (the Barclays Center and the Manhattan Center). The @Wrestlevotes account says to “Expect the “legends” to be at The Manhattan Center & the “surprises” to be at The Barclays Center”

– If that is the case, it would make sense for Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler to do commentary from the Manhattan Center with the other legends. They are both confirmed to be at the show but their role is unclear.
