Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn were involved in one of the highest-profile storylines of the year with Shane McMahon. This included Owens headbutting Vince McMahon in an awesome moment and months of tension being teased. Over the past few weeks, we have also seen some tension between Owens and Zayn, teasing a potential match between the two.
So where is this all leading?
Dave Meltzer in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter (subscribe here), shares some disappointing news about the current plans for Owens and Zayn at Wrestlemania 34.
Meltzer says that as of right now, Owens and Zayn are planned to be in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal.

Take rumors with a grain of salt as always. We will see what happens after Fastlane and how the storyline develops. Would certainly be disappointing though if WWE goes this route. Owens and Zayn have been a focal point of Smackdown Live over the past several months and would be a bummer to see them in only the Battle Royal.
