The WWE Extreme Rules Pay-Per-View takes place on June 4th in Baltimore, Maryland. Already rumors are circulating on what some of the potential matches could be. Note: This will be a RAW Exclusive Pay-Per-View event.
Here are some of the latest rumors on the event, specifically about the Cruiserweight Championship match.
As we saw at Payback, Austin Aries won by disqualification after Neville grabbed the referee by his shirt while in the Last Chancery submission hold. As a result, Neville retained his title. This finish was likely done in order to keep the feud going between Aries and Neville.
Dave Meltzer in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter (subscribe here), speculates that Aries will get another title shot at the Extreme Rules event. Also, with the way that the finish went at Payback, it is expected to be some sort of gimmick match where Neville won’t be able to get himself disqualified to retain the title.
It is also noted that TJ Perkins (now known as simply: TJP) could find his way into the match in some way based on his recent involvement with Neville and Aries. It is unclear what his role will be, but he is expected to be involved in some way.
We will have to wait and see what happens over the next few weeks as WWE builds towards the event.

Is it time for someone else to win the belt from Neville?
I’m thinking that soon enough it will be time to drop the title to Akira Tozawa! His battlecry and fun “Give the heel what he deserves” attitude is inspiring fans more so than any other Cruiserweight! – this from the D-Job Danimal Daniel Jobber, self-proclaimed Duke of the Cruiserweights, and creater of the Jobbing Out Cruiserweight Report on Podbean, and of course the Cruiserweight Power Rankings
