WWE Reviving Old Show?
According to Brad Shepard on his Backstage In WWE podcast, WWE could be bringing back Saturday Night’s Main Event. Here is a quote (via Ringside News):
“I actually was told that they are going to be bringing some type of show like [Satuday Night’s Main Event] occasionally back to Fox to run I guess on Saturdays and I do expect — I was told the NXT deal with FS1 was done so if that’s the case then they should be on Fox Sports 1 as well and that should be announced fairly soon.”
New WWE Network Show
According to PWInsider, Mick Foley’s one-man comedy special is going to be airing on the WWE Network after the Hell in a Cell PPV in September. The special was filmed in Pittsburgh.
Mixed Match Challenge Returning?
Stephanie McMahon in an interview with the Drum teased that the Mixed Match Challenge could be making a return. Here is a quote:
“It had over 100 million views and it was considered a success by Facebook, we’re now in conversations to see where we go from here, but we’re nimble and flexible,”
