“Raymond Leppan (a.k.a. WWE Superstar Adam Rose) was arrested at his home this morning by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office in Tampa, Fla. According to a police report, Leppan was taken into custody and booked on alleged charges of tampering with a witness, a felony, and battery domestic violence, a misdemeanor. He is currently being held without bond. WWE has zero tolerance for matters involving domestic violence, and per our policy, Raymond Leppan has been suspended indefinitely following his arrest” (Source: WWE.com).

I believe (and I am not 100% sure) that he has to be convicted for them to terminate his contract? He goes on suspension without pay until he goes to trial. If he is found guilty he is immediately released if not he has a chance to be re-instated. I am not 100% sure so we will try and get more information! This makes sense considering the fact that they haven’t released him yet.

  1. That’s exactly what it means. He was not being paid for the current suspension and will not be paid at alI until they can terminate him. I would assume they have an X number of suspensions policy that negates having to wait for a trial. This would be his 3rd, correct?
