The December 31st, 2018 episode of RAW lands on New Year’s Eve. As a result, WWE decided to tape the show a few nights in advance. If you can’t watch the show on New Year’s, we have the spoilers for you.
WWE RAW Results – December 31, 2018
-Drew McIntyre defeated Dolph Ziggler in a steel cage match.
-Seth Rollins asked for a rematch with Dean Ambrose for the Intercontinental championship. Triple H showed up to remind him that automatic rematches are no longer a thing. He was booked against Bobby Lashley later in the show. He lost that match via disqualification when he repeatedly attacked Lashley with a chair.
-Shane McMahon announced a battle royal with the winner earning a shot at the Intercontinental title later in the show. Apollo Crews won that battle royal but lost to Ambrose in their eventual match.
-After the battle royal, Baron Corbin cut a promo and was beaten up by Elias.
-Nia Jax attacked Natalya backstage. Natalya revealed that she would be in the Royal Rumble match.
-Bayley, Sasha Banks & Ember Moon defeated The Riott Squad.
-Alexa Bliss will be back next week with a talk show called “A Moment of Bliss”. Ronda Rousey is the first guest.
-Rhyno & Heath Slater lost to Jinder Mahal & The Singh Brothers.
-Ronda Rousey & Natalya defeated Nia Jax & Tamina.
