Here is what we learned from RAW this week.
1) Seth Rollins Took A Shot At Braun Strowman Not Being Able To Beat Brock Lesnar
This week’s episode of Monday Night RAW kicked off with a contract signing between Braun Strowman and Seth Rollins. This was for their Universal Title match at Clash of Champions.
During the signing, Rollins and Strowman talked some trash back and forth. This included Rollins saying that he did something that Braun was never able to do, and that is beat Brock Lesnar. This was a nice chirp from Rollins.
2) AJ Styles Got Robert Roode’s Name Wrong
AJ Styles ended up interrupting the opening contract signing. This led to him talking about the new tag team of Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode.
Styles referred to Robert as ‘Bobby Roode’ and quickly corrected himself. I can’t blame Styles though as I find myself calling him ‘Bobby Roode’ very often.
3) AJ Styles Ripped Up The Contract For The Universal Title Match At Clash Of Champions
AJ Styles said that he wants to get involved in the Universal Championship match at Clash of Champions. He doesn’t think it is fair that Strowman got to skip the line because he is teaming up with Rollins.
Styles ended up ripping up the contract for the match between Strowman and Rollins at the event.
