Here is what we learned from RAW this week.
1) R-Truth Retained The 24/7 Championship After Defeating Drake Maverick And His Wife
RAW this week kicked off with a Mosh Pit Mixed Tag Team match for the 24/7 Title. It was R-Truth and Carmella vs Drake Maverick and his wife, Renee. 24/7 rules were not in effect for the match.
Truth ended up winning the match to retain his Championship.
2) Mike Kanellis Survived A Dog Pile To Win The 24/7 Title
After Truth retained his Title, 24/7 rules were back in effect. As a result, he was attacked by over 10 Superstars from the roster. They all dogpiled Truth in the middle of the ring.
The referee counted three and Mike Kanellis was able to escape with the belt. Kanellis is the new 24/7 Champion!
3) Maria Kanellis Threatened To Kick Her Husband In The Vagina
In a backstage segment, Maria Kanellis was knocking on the door to see her husband, Mike Kanellis. When asked to verify who she is, Maria told Mike that she would kick him “in the vagina”.
Mike immediately let her in the door after that line.
