Here are 18 things that we learned from RAW.
WWE RAW Recap 8-20-2018
1) The Brooklyn Crowd Did NOT Give Roman Reigns A Very Warm Welcome
Monday Night RAW this week kicked off with our new WWE Universal Champion, Roman Reigns. The crowd in Brooklyn greeted Roman with a chorus of boos as he stood in the middle of the ring with his new belt.
This included a “You still suck” chant. Looks like Brooklyn wasn’t too happy to see their new Universal Champion.
Roman Reigns kicks off #Raw to loud boos, but to be fair their are quite a bit of cheers.
Oh and you suck (Not Kurt Angle version) chants.

2) WWE Did NOT Forget About Finn Balor’s Universal Championship Rematch
It took a few years but WWE finally recognized that Finn Balor still had a rematch for the Universal Championship. Balor was injured after winning the Title a few years ago but never received his rematch.
Glad to see this finally addressed. Even if it took a couple of years.
Finn Bálor FINALLY getting his Universal Championship rematch tonight. Hell yes! 2 years is WAY more than enough buildup! #RAW

All I can say is, “ABOUT F***ING TIME FINN BALOR GOT HIS UNIVERSAL CHAMPIONSHIP REMATCH!!” Now I can die happy. #Raw

3) It Feels Good To Have A Full-Time Universal Champion Again
Love or hate Roman Reigns, I think that most fans will agree that it is a good thing that the Universal Championship is on the waist of a full-time talent. The belt had been on Brock Lesnar for a year and a half and we only saw it on about a dozen episodes.
A full-time Champion is great to see and it should improve the quality of RAW moving forward (in my opinion at least).
I’m just glad we have a full-time #UniversalChampion on #RAW again & this Lesnar-Reigns saga is over.

The energy in the arena of having a full time WWE Universal Champion is noticable. This is what has been missing the most on the show. #RAW
