Here are some of our predictions for this week’s episode of RAW.
7) Andrade Will Retain The U.S Title Against Rey Mysterio
WWE has confirmed a United States Title match for the episode this week. It will be Andrade defending his belt against Rey Mysterio. This will be a rematch from when Andrade won the belt from Rey at a WWE live event on December 26th.
Andrade and Mysterio have put on several great matches in the past. I am sure that this one will be no different. I am looking forward to seeing them in the ring together again as they have some great chemistry.
Andrade will definitely be retaining his Title here. I would be shocked to see him lose the belt already.
6) Asuka Will Attack Becky Lynch
WWE has officially confirmed that Asuka and Becky Lynch will be facing off at the Royal Rumble PPV. This will be for the RAW Women’s Championship.
We are going to need some storyline progression here, so I am going to go with Asuka attacking Becky in the backstage area.
This would be a simple way to continue the storyline and get some extra heel heat on Asuka.
5) Randy Orton vs AJ Styles Will Get Announced For The Royal Rumble PPV
Last week on RAW, Randy Orton faked a knee injury. This led to him hitting a surprise RKO on AJ Styles.
It seems to me like we are heading towards Randy Orton vs AJ Styles at the Royal Rumble PPV. This would make sense based on the current storyline.
My guess is that WWE makes that match official on the episode this week.
