There have been plenty of rumors circulating about Brock Lesnar and a potential return to the octagon. It was reported on Wednesday that Brock will be re-entering the USADA testing pool, which means he will be eligible to fight again in UFC after he serves his suspension.
This has been a lot of MMA focused news, but what about his current status with WWE? A new report gives some very interesting details about Brock’s future.
According to Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet, Brock’s contract with WWE expires after Wrestlemania 34.
The report says that Brock has made it clear to backstage officials that he doesn’t intend to re-sign with the company.
Lesnar has re-entered the USADA testing pool in case he wants to fight again when his contract expires. He still has 5 months left on his suspension. This doesn’t necessarily mean he is guaranteed to fight again, but he is keeping his options open.
This could be Brock’s big negotiating tactic with Vince McMahon and WWE in order to secure himself a new deal. It also could mean that he will be hanging up the wrestling boots for good. We will have to wait and see.
