Rodney Mack had a brief run with WWE from 2002 until 2004. He is probably best know for his time managed by Teddy Long. During this time, he would hold the “White Boy Challenge” where he would squash white wrestler’s. He is also married to former WWE star: Jazz.
He won his first and only MMA fight in 2008 against Joe Nameth (No, not the NFL player) in 21 seconds.
5) Ronda Rousey
MMA Record: 12 Wins, 2 Losses
Arguably the biggest name on this list outside of Brock Lesnar. Ronda is a trailblazer for the sport of Women’s Mixed Martial Arts. She is considered one of the greatest female athletes ever.
Ronda has a record of 12 wins, 2 losses. She headlined many PPV cards for the UFC and made a lot of money. She is now a UFC Hall of Famer.
4) Sean O’Haire
MMA Record: 4 Wins, 2 Losses
O’Haire wrestled for WWE from 2001 until 2004. Some fans consider him as one of the biggest missed opportunities (or busts) in company history. He came to the WWE with a lot of potential but never realized anything close to it.
From 2004 until 2007 he would compete in MMA. He compiled a professional record of 4 wins and 2 losses before retiring in 2007.
3) Shayna Baszler
MMA Record: 15 wins, 11 losses
Shayna Baszler had a lengthy carer in MMA before making the shift over to pro-wrestling. She only has a handful of UFC fights on her record, including a loss to UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Amanda Nunes.
Shayna’s last fight was back in 2017. After that, she made the full-time jump to NXT and has had some incredible success so far, including becoming the NXT Women’s Champion.
2) Shinsuke Nakamura

You might not know that the ‘King of Strong Style’ actually has a past in the world of MMA. Nakamura holds a professional Mixed Martial Arts record of 3 wins, 1 loss and 1 no contest. He fought from 2002 until 2004.
After that, Nakamura has gone on to become one of the most successful wrestlers in Japan and has now moved to the United States to leave his mark.
1) Sonya Deville
MMA Record: 2 Wins, 1 Loss (Amateur)
Before appearing on WWE Tough Enough, Sonya Deville was involved in a couple of amateur MMA fights.
She compiled a record of 2 wins and 1 loss. Her last fight came on March 8th, 2015. She lost via unanimous decision to Jasmine Pouncy. A few months later, she was cast on Tough Enough.
