Here is what we learned from the Hell in a Cell PPV.
1) Elias Had A Savage Chirp For Jeff Jarrett On The Kickoff Show
Jeff Jarrett was a guest on the kickoff show for Hell in a Cell. During this, Elias showed up and dedicated a song to Jarrett.
This song had a line that referred to Jarrett and Jeff Hardy as “junkies”. This was a reference to both of their issues with substance abuse in the past.
2) R-Truth Retained The 24/7 Title On The Kickoff Show
The kickoff show featured a match between R-Truth and Drew Gulak. This was for the 24/7 Championship.
Truth won the match after using a roll-up. As a result, Truth retained the 24/7 Championship.
3) The Intro For The PPV Was Awesome
The main card of the show opened with a video package. This was a great intro that really got fans into the show.
WWE’s video package team always seems to deliver.
