6) Pyro Returned (And In A Big Way)
The show kicked off with a ton of pyro. This is something that WWE fans don’t often get to see anymore. With the rumored money that WWE is making from the show, glad to see them use it for some pyro!
As we saw throughout the show, there was a TON of pyro used. Really made the show feel special.
That amount of pyro is a good indicator of how much money is being thrown at this event #WWEGRR

7) John Cena Defeated Triple H
The most random match on the card was probably John Cena vs. Triple H. Both guys have a long history with one another but there was zero build beforehand on WWE Television. This was the first match of the main card.
This was a solid match to kick off the show. Both guys kicked out of each others finishing moves. Cena eventually hit two AA’s for the win.
Another AA means 1️⃣2️⃣3️⃣ as @JohnCena picks up the victory over @TripleH to kick off @WWE Greatest Royal Rumble! #WWEGRR pic.twitter.com/WXJ1EAys3P

9) Cedric Alexander Successfully Retained His Cruiserweight Championship For The First Time
Alexander eventually defeated Kalisto via the Lumbar Check to retain the belt. This was Alexander’s first Title defense since winning it at Wrestlemania 34.
A solid match. Happy for both guys.

10) Fireflies In Jeddah!
The Greatest Royal Rumble featured a match for the vacant Raw Tag Team Championships. Sheamus and Cesaro faced off against Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt. Before the match, the fireflies came out for Bray Wyatt’s entrance.
This was pretty cool to see, especially in a big stadium like this. Here is a photo:
