WWE’s dropping ratings have been a hot topic of conversation among fans over the past few weeks. WWE is clearly feeling the heat as evidenced by the ‘Wild Card Rule’ that they implemented on RAW this week.
It appears as if WWE is also trying something new with their digital media strategy during RAW.
Specifically, how they post highlights on their Youtube channel.
WWE did not post any highlights from RAW this week until after the show was over. As soon as the show was over, they started to upload highlights to their channel.
This appears to be a strategy to get more fans to watch RAW live. They used to post highlights throughout the night while RAW airs. They are now delaying them until later.
Do you think this strategy will help with ratings? Let me know in the comment section below.
