WWE Changes The Plans For The Next PPV Event After The Royal Rumble

The Royal Rumble PPV will be taking place next Sunday. The next PPV event after that was originally going to be the Elimination Chamber, which takes place on March 8th in Philadelphia.

WWE has changed those plans and has added a PPV event before the Chamber.

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, WWE will be hosting another PPV event in Saudi Arabia between the Rumble and the Chamber.

The Saudi show was originally going to take place on February 20th but has now been pushed back to February 27th:

Over the weekend, PWInsider.com reported that WWE would return to Saudi Arabia on Thursday 2/20.

WWE sources have since indicated to PWInsidercom that preliminary date has been moved to the following week, Thursday 2/27.

We are told that crearive for the event has not been locked in.

This means that WWE will be hosting two PPV events in under 10 days in late February and early March.
