  1. Btw my predictions: Mahal, Styles, New Day, Charlotte, Kanelis, Nakamura, Dillinger and Rowan and Harper revealed as fashion popo villains.

  2. with a report I hear about WWE potentially taking the title off of Mahal cause his push is no longer top priority I’m kind of hoping Orton takes the title off of Mahal tonight instead of Cena but that’s just me

    • It’s gonna be cena at Summerslam they are letting him hold it till Summerslam cause he is now getting midcard push and he isn’t getting over looks like the experiment is over

      • I can only imagine Vince thinking “Oh my god I have a chance to have Roman and Cena as champions on separate brands this will be the greatest thing ever to get my ratings back so fuck Braun or Joe as Universal Champion we need Roman as Universal and Cena as WWE World this will be money”

  4. Did we just get a Tensai reference? and apparently that guy in the front row doesn’t think to kindly of Corbin.

    • There is a contingency of you out there and right now there isn’t a match or a segment I can point to for reference on why you should think different. Other than he’s ultra charismatic… he sells and strikes very well and to me he SCREAMS star when he steps on the ramp.

      • I’m light sensitive, so I can’t watch his entrance, the strobe lights give me a headache. I’m just not seeing what’s so great about him other than his entrance.

        • He works very well. He sells extremely well and the rest of the roster could learn how to utilize facial expressions during a match. With all of that said to your point there isn’t anything on the main roster yet that he’s knocked out of the park.

  5. At the risk of not making the most manly of comments… the only thing I dislike about Corbin is his ring gear….

    • What is that WWE does a good video package? Water is wet and snow is cold lol. Kudos to whomever is in charge of those and you’re right that song was perfect.

    • I saw many people pick Tamina…. Maybe if this were #1 contenders match at Battleground or No Mercy but not for Summerslam….

      Reply
      • IDK if Tamina will ever get her time to shine. I was hoping for either a team up or a feud between her and Nia, but WWE only wants to use them as someone else’s muscle.

  6. I love how the commentators just asked why Lana would be breaking up the submission. That’s a good catch by them. Kudos wwe.

  7. I remember watching AJ Styles in TNA when I accidently found them on TV. He’s been so damn good for so damn long. I’m glad he’s being able to show that on wrestling’s largest stage.

    • Lol. It went like this AJ and Owens trade submissions then he rolled up styles bit his other shoulder was up and the ref didn’t see it

    • Gotta bring the crowd back down from someone STICKING A FLAG INTO A DAMN FLAG POLE. well you know…

      • Didn’t GBOF go right from Strowman/Roman to Joe/Lesner…. I’m a much bigger fan of when you have two big time matches to go back to back as the final two on network specials.

  8. imo tonight shows why WWE and UFC right now are night and day you know one product is hip and cool and the other is going through a identity crisis and you can bet which one I think is hip and cool while the other is in a identity crisis lol

    • Let me ask…. as someone who has never gotten into UFC and has loved Wrestling since as long as I can remember what is it about UFC you like?

      Reply
      • first the attraction you know fighting in a octagon esqe cage it’s a great attraction plus wrestlers have been fighting in cage matches for years second the fighters cause the UFC does attempt to make there fighters feel like fighters you want to see Conor McGregor, Ronda Rousey, Jon Jones list goes on and third I think just the style vs style of can a wrestler beat a ju-jitsu guy can this stand up style of Boxing beat the stand up style of Karate etc etc etc it’s just a amazing thing too me that I can easily understand cause fighting is just easy to understand

        • but my push back on that is when you stack the end of 2016 like they did of course the first half of 2017 was gonna be a slow and possibly down time but things are picking up there last few cards have been really good and or great imo

          Reply
          • Yeah the fights are always great but in the sense of main stream stars they are struggling without ronda or conor at the moment

          • Ronda not coming back I think is predictable and Conor’s got the Floyd Mayweather thing but at the end of the day Conor fighting Floyd helps the UFC and MMA as a whole imo but I think if the media paid more attention to more then just Conor and Ronda would we be having this discussion?

          • No but does anyone else besides those to garner reason to be given that kind of attention?

          • sorry for that long wait com went whack for a minute but to answer your question I think it’s fair but my thing is just give others a chance you know if you don’t follow heavy then I would suggest you know if the UFC has a card on FOX or Fox Sports 1 watch the cards and you know pick who you like and don’t like same with the PPV’s just gotta give others a chance instead of just focusing on Conor and Ronda is that fair enough to ask?

  9. You have your choice… you can listen to a one hour Jinder Mahal promo or watch another flag match what would you choose?

    • hey man that was a good little convo earlier we had about the UFC can I offer up some fights to you to check out if you want to get into the UFC if you want to at least see what the UFC fans see?

  10. taking my UFC bias out of my opinion toward WWE anyone else think WWE should remove Road Dogg as head writer of SDL?

    • Yeah, not a fan of the champ coming out first, UNLESS the opponent is the hometown kid or is super over in that town. Neither of which applies here, I think.

      Reply
        • I agree, but I can tolerate the champ coming out first in certain instances. If the champ is heel and they’re in the babyface’s hometown, let the baby face come out last because that’s special. This Punjabi hot mess is not one of those instances.
