8) None Of The Elite Will Come To WWE In 2019
There are plenty of rumors that the Elite (Kenny Omega, Cody Rhodes, The Young Bucks, Marty Scurll, and Adam Page) could be heading to WWE in 2019 when their contracts expire. I am on the side who thinks that this won’t happen.
The Elite has a great thing going right now and I don’t see them coming to WWE anytime soon.
They are currently making waves in the pro-wrestling world and I don’t see them stopping anytime soon.
7) The New Day Will Go After A Singles Title In 2019
The New Day has accomplished it all as a tag team in WWE. What I think will happen in 2019 is the trio will challenge for a singles Title.
I think that this could be a fun direction for WWE to go with the New Day. It would be fun to see them win the United States Championship and use the Freebird rule to pass it among members.
I don’t think that they will challenge for the WWE Championship but I think we could see them go after a mid-card belt in 2019.
6) Shawn Michaels Will Wrestle At Wrestlemania 35
Shawn Michaels came out of retirement at WWE Crown Jewel. I think that most fans would agree that he didn’t embarrass himself with his performance. The big question now is, will Shawn wrestle again?
I am going to say yes. I think that WWE will offer Shawn a ton of money to wrestle at Wrestlemania 35. With Triple H likely missing the event due to injury, I think Vince McMahon is going to ask Shawn to work the show.
If it does happen, let’s hope it is against a younger talent.
