Update On WWE’s Return To Saudi Arabia

Back in 2018, WWE signed a 10-year agreement with the Saudi General Sports Authority. Last year, we saw WWE run two events in Saudi Arabia. This included the Greatest Royal Rumble in April and Crown Jewel in November.

WWE received a ton of backlash from both fans and the mainstream media for working with Saudi Arabia. Despite the criticism, WWE went ahead with the shows.

We have an update for you on the next WWE event in Saudi Arabia.

According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful, the next Saudi Arabia PPV will take place on Friday, May 3rd.

This falls in line with what was reported a few months ago. That report mentioned that WWE had dates blocked off in May and November for events in Saudi Arabia.

Looks like we could be getting two more WWE PPV events in Saudi Arabia this year. Let us know what you think in the comment section below.
