Sasha Banks was supposed to face off against Becky Lynch on RAW this past week. Sasha ended up getting pulled from the match due to an injury that she suffered at Hell in a Cell. Charlotte Flair served as Sasha’s replacement against Becky.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider has provided an update on Sasha’s current status for Smackdown this week.
It appears to be good news. Here is what he wrote:
Sasha Banks, who has been out on the injured list since the Hell In A Cell PPV with a tailbone issue, is slated to be at this Friday’s Smackdown taping, PWInsider.com has confirmed.
Banks is also currently slated for the Trenton, NJ and Rochester, NY live events.
We will let you know if we hear anything more. Let’s hope that she is back to 100% and can wrestle on Smackdown.
