JIM ROSS DOESN’T THINK WRESTLEMANIA 32 WILL BE THE UNDERTAKER’S LAST MATCH

Speculation surrounding the Undertaker and WrestleMania 32 has been crazy this year. Who will be his opponent? Will this be his last match? Will he be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in his home state of Texas? Is he too old to put on a good show? Plenty of questions surrounding the Deadman and the big event.

In a recent interview with WrestlingInc, Jim Ross speaks about his doubts that this is going to be the Undertakers last match before he retires:

“I can’t believe Undertaker or WWE would want his last match promoted with a whisper, so I have no belief that this will be the Undertaker’s last match. Unless there’s a press conference held and something big is made of it. You can’t be a promoter and not promote Undertaker’s last match without much fanfare or being aggressive with that information,”

Never really thought of it that way. If this was going to be the Undertakers last match, the WWE could easily promote the hell out of that in order to sell more tickets for WrestleMania 32. With all of the injuries that the WWE is facing heading into WrestleMania, you would have to admit that JR makes a good point here. It seems unlikely that the WWE would just say surprise, Undertaker is retiring, they are likely to make it a massive deal. They still have time before WrestleMania to promote it like that, but right now I don’t think it will be his last match.
