The Stone Cold Podcast with special guest Dean Ambrose was interesting to say the least. There were some incredibly awkward moments like Dean being asked about his childhood or Steve Austin’s research being a bit lackluster. We also saw some great moments like when Dean opened up about his match against Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 32 and admitted Brock was the one to blame.
Overall it was a rollercoaster of a show. I asked my followers on Twitter what they thought of the Stone Cold Podcast with Dean Ambrose and received a mixed response, with many feeling like it was pretty awkward:
@InnerN3rd tough to watch at times, hard guy to interview I guess but, that bit at the end was something for off camera really. Harsh!

@InnerN3rd I mean, I enjoyed it, but I could feel Austin’s frustration with Ambrose. it did sour me on Ambrose a bit

@InnerN3rd Very awkward at first, but one Dean felt comfortable, it went great. Not happy Austin pushed the childhood stuff.

@InnerN3rd Thought Dean came off sounding like a hippie. 2 styles that clashed. Steve is always ?, most guests (not AJ or Show) are chill

.@InnerN3rd I wouldn’t be surprised to hear … “fight broke out between Ambrose and Austin backstage ….” #StoneColdPodcast

@InnerN3rd great podcast I thought I think Ambrose even though was a little uncomfortable I think it turned out really good to great

The beginning was unbearable(DA clearly didn’t wanna talk about his childhood) but it got a lot better at the end ? https://t.co/q6hEfEhSd1

Let us know what you thought of the Stone Cold Podcast with Deab Anbrise in the comment section below! Did you find it awkward?
Dean’s a mess. He doesn’t want to commit to all the lifestyle entails. He wants it on his terms. It won’t work out for him in the end. Austin always has his questions he works out. He isn’t great at adapting to a guest and actually interviewing on the fly. It’s a gift. Austin excels about talking about wrestling history, not shooting pg with a weirdo. Just a bad pairing. I want Jericho, The Dudley’s, or Angle on his show. Anyone that has history and loves the business.
