4) Sami Zayn vs Shinsuke Nakamura

‘Fight Forever’ the crowd chanted and I wish they had. Probably the best technical wrestling match in NXT history, it was a masterpiece.

Zayn now changing his status from the underdog to the veteran who was the guy you had to beat in order to prove yourself, facing off against one of the best known independent wrestlers in world smothered in the most hype imaginable.

The face vs face dynamic can be very hard to pull off but it was executed fantastically here. With it also being Sami Zayn’s last match in the brand that had gave him so much, it was an incredibly emotional moment.

Shinsuke Nakamura won the match and made an incredible impression on WWE fans.

3) Tyler Bate vs Pete Dunne

NXT Takeover: Chicago

Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate faced off at NXT Takeover: Chicago for the WWE United Kingdom Championship. They put on a SHOW!

This was an incredible match. If you were not familiar with Dunne or Bate before the event, they made you a fan. The perfect match to get over the UK Championship and the division.

The crowd was into it for the entire time and left fans speechless. Even crazier that both Dunne and Bate are under the age of 25. The future is bright in WWE!
