The War Raiders were officially called up to the WWE main roster this week. They appeared on RAW, under a new name, ‘The Viking Experience’.
The new name definitely raised the eyebrows of fans. Many took to social media to rip into WWE for the change.
According to a report, WWE had another idea in mind for the team name before scrapping it at the last moment.
Here is a quote from Mike Johnson of PWInsider:
“At one point, the duo was slated to be billed as The Bezerkers but it changed as they moved closer to debuting”
