As we reported about a week ago, the New Day confirmed that they are planning and hoping for a big entrance at WrestleMania 32. WrestleMania is known for it’s flashy entrances and you would expect that the New Day would have something up their sleeves.
According to Dave Meltzer in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter (Subscription required but recommended), the New Day has a pretty outrageous (but hilarious) idea they are pitching.
They apparently want to fly around the stadium on Unicorns for their entrance. It is noted that the WWE has not approved this, it is just their idea that they are pitching.
The image of the New Day flying in on ‘unicorns’ to the ring would be both hilarious and memorable.
The WWE is obviously cautious about doing any kind of harness or zip lining after Owen Hart’s tragic death in 1999. I think this is unlikely to get approved by the WWE but a fun idea none-the-less.
