It is safe to say that the WWE Crown Jewel event in Saudi Arabia is a mess. WWE has come under fire for dealing with Saudi Arabia after the disappearance of journalist Jamal Khashoggi. Rumors also started to circulate that John Cena and Daniel Bryan have both refused to go to Saudi Arabia for the event.

According to a report from the Wrap, WWE is expected to make a decision about if Crown Jewel will still be taking place in Saudi Arabia by Wednesday. The Wrap says that WWE was waiting for Turkey to announce details from its investigation into the killing of Khashoggi before it makes a final call on the event. The report from Turkey will be coming in on Tuesday.

WWE has delayed ticket sales for the event. They were supposed to go on sale on Friday but they are still listed as ‘coming soon’. A reminder that this event is only 10 days away.
