We are still a few months out from Summerslam but there is already a rumor floating around about the event in 2019. This one has to do with the location of the event.
After this years event, Summerslam weekend will have been held in Brooklyn (at the Barclays Center) for the past 4 years straight. It looks like that will be changing next year.
According to the @Wrestlevotes account, it is now close to a certainty that Summerslam will be moving from Brooklyn in 2019. Also, the event could be moving to a stadium:
Following up w/ a report from a few months back, source states it’s a near certainty SummerSlam is moving from Barclays in Brooklyn after this year. WWE would love to host at a stadium, although middle of summer is tough. Keep an eye out for “vacation” cities.

This makes sense considering Wrestlemania 35 weekend will be taking place in the area. Would be overkill to also give them Summerslam a few months later. Which stadium would you like to see the event held at?
