There have been rumors floating around over the past few days that Alexa Bliss was injured. This comes at a terrible time considering that she is scheduled to wrestle in one of the marquee matches at WWE Evolution. Alexa and Mickie James are scheduled to face Lita and Trish Stratus at the event.
We have the latest update on Alexa to pass your way.
According to a report from John Pollock of POST Wrestling, Alexa did suffer an injury at WWE’s live event in Hartford and she was not at RAW this past Monday.
Pollock says that WWE is optimistic that Bliss will be able to work Evolution on Sunday. He adds that WWE has appeared to have set up Alicia Fox as a replacement for Bliss in case she isn’t cleared.
Dave Meltzer corroborates the report, saying that Bliss still needs to get cleared to compete:
Nobody does, she has to get clearance before Sunday. https://t.co/RHXUN2Hc05
