NXT taped their next few weeks of television at Full Sail University on Wednesday. As a result, we have a better indication of what the matches could be at the next Takeover special in June.
Here is what the match card is looking like for the next NXT Takeover event. These haven’t been made official but seem likely based on what happened during the taping:
— Adam Cole vs. Johnny Gargano for the NXT Championship.
— The Street Profits vs. Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch vs. The Forgotten Sons vs. Kyle O’Reilly and Bobby Fish for the vacant NXT Tag Team Titles.
- NOTE: It was hinted at the taping that this could be a potential ladder match.
— Tyler Breeze vs. Velveteen Dream for the NXT North American Championship.
— Shayna Baszler vs Io Shirai for the NXT Women’s Championship.
- NOTE: Based on the taping, Candice LeRae could also be involved to make it a triple threat.
— Matt Riddle vs. Roderick Strong
