NXT taped their next few weeks of television on Wednesday night at Full Sail University. As a result, spoilers are floating around the web.
One of these spoilers has to do with a heel turn that will be coming soon on NXT television.
This turn came during the steel cage match between Io Shirai and Shayna Baszler.
Baszler ended up winning the cage match to retain her NXT Women’s Championship. After the match, Io attacked Candice LeRae, who had been attempting to help her during the match:
Definitely an interesting decision as it looked like Io was destined to be the top babyface in NXT. I am interested to see where they go with this and her character.
