Samoa Joe and AJ Styles put on a really good match at Summerslam. Both guys beat the crap out of one another and entertained fans throughout. The match ended by disqualification after Styles attacked Joe with a steel chair. This came after Joe kept saying things to Styles about his wife and daughter.
So what is next for this storyline? Let’s speculate.
I think that most fans will be happy that this storyline will be continuing. Joe and Styles have amazing chemistry with one another and they always seem to deliver inside the ring. I know that some people didn’t like the disqualification finish but I thought that it was the right call. Now we can head into the next PPV event without either Joe or Styles losing by pinfall or submission. Things are clearly heating up and we are just getting started in this feud.
I am going to guess that Joe and Styles will face off again at Hell in a Cell. I am also going to guess that this will be a Hell in a Cell match. This seems to be the perfect feud for the structure based on how personal that it is getting. Seems like a no-brainer to me.
There is no doubt in my mind that Styles and Joe could tear it up in a Hell in a Cell match. I for one would be really excited heading into the next PPV knowing that we will be seeing Styles vs Joe inside of that structure.
