Survivor Series will feature a Men’s elimination match between RAW and Smackdown. The men representing Team RAW will be Dolph Ziggler, Drew McIntyre, Braun Strowman, Finn Balor, and Bobby Lashley. The men representing Smackdown will be The Miz, Shane McMahon, Rey Mysterio, Samoa Joe, and Jeff Hardy.
So what is going to happen in this match and who is going to win? Let’s speculate a little bit.
The early eliminations.
There are a few names who I think will be out first. My guess is that Finn Balor, Bobby Lashley, and Dolph Ziggler will end up as the first eliminations from RAW. As for Smackdown, I see Jeff Hardy, Rey Mysterio, and Shane McMahon out as the first three. Not to say that these 6 men won’t have a few fun moments during the match, I just think they won’t make it to the end.
The final four
My guess for the final four would be Braun Strowman, Drew McIntyre, the Miz, and Samoa Joe. I think that we are going to see Joe and the Miz get into an argument during the match. This will lead to both of them getting eliminated by McIntyre and Strowman. This sets us up for a potential feud between Joe and the Miz over the next few weeks.
That would give the win to Team RAW, with McIntyre and Strowman as the survivors. I would be shocked if either McIntyre or Strowman were pinned in this match. It feels like WWE will be keeping them both looking strong. This could also be a bit of foreshadowing towards a future McIntyre and Strowman match for the Universal Championship down the road.
With the win, I think that Strowman is going to get both things that were promised to him by Stephanie McMahon. That would be a future match against Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship. He will also get a match again Baron Corbin, where Braun gets to choose the stipulation. I think from a storyline sense, both of these make sense and that’s why I have RAW winning.
