One of the most anticipated matches of Survivor Series will be between Becky Lynch (Smackdown Women’s Champion) and Ronda Rousey (RAW Women’s Champion). Even though they have had a short amount of time, I think that both of them have done a great job at building their feud and match.
So what is going to happen and who is going to win? Let’s speculate a little bit.
Let’s start with match quality
This has major potential to end up as Ronda Rousey’s best singles match of her career. If you look at who Ronda has been in the ring with so far (in singles matches), I would argue that Becky is the most talented from an in-ring standpoint. Along with her in-ring ability, Becky is currently on fire. She is putting on great matches, is doing some strong mic work and is receiving one of the loudest crowd reactions in WWE at the moment.
To me, this has the potential to be the match of the night. My hopes are high that it will be really good. It likely won’t be as great as Charlotte vs Becky from Evolution (they set the bar high), but I think it will still be really good.
So who is going to win?
There is no denying that this would be a massive win for Becky and her career moving forward. While saying that, I just don’t see WWE ending Ronda’s undefeated streak just yet. I feel like they are going to build that streak into her storyline for Wrestlemania 35.
As a result, I have Ronda winning via armbar.
